We have no equity ties, authorization, agency, partnership or OEM relationship with any watch, jewelry or luxury brand worldwide. No official brand endorsement applies to our shop or goods.
  2. Non-Authenticity DeclarationAll items sold in our store are general decorative consumer goods. They are NOT genuine products, officially licensed goods or brand replicas of any third-party luxury/watch brand.

Our product styling is designed purely for daily decoration. We do not intend to infringe any third-party trademarks, patents or design copyrights. Products are for personal decoration and storage only. They carry no original brand attributes, factory craftsmanship guarantees or collectible value associated with any famous brand.

Buyers acknowledge there is no third-party brand warranty or official after-sales service. We shall not be responsible for claims or complaints on the grounds that items “are not authentic branded goods”.

  2. Prohibited Misuse Buyers are forbidden to resell our products as authentic branded goods, conduct counterfeiting or false branding promotion. Any trademark disputes or legal actions caused by buyers’ improper commercial use shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer and unrelated to our store.
  3. Privacy & Payment Security We protect customers’ personal data and shipping information and will never sell or disclose private information without consent. Payments are processed through official Shopify and PayPal channels. We do not store credit card details or payment passwords.
  4. Final Interpretation Six degrees per second reserves the right of final interpretation for this Legal Statement. If any clause conflicts with applicable laws, the governing law shall prevail.
